Move Free Dance Class Zoom
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Central Arena, 2nd Floor – Collingwood
Social time before and after class
Program Cost: $10 per class (Must be registered to attend)
Payment Options: E-Transfer – info@livingbetterwithparkinsons.ca or by cheque written to Living Better with Parkinsons and mailed to 1 First Street, Suite 220, Collingwood, Ontario L9Y 1A1.
What is Move Free?
- A 30-minute class that is adaptable to varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities
- Classes are creative and incorporate a variety of musical and dance styles
Who should take this class? This class is for you if:
- you want to exercise, socialize and have fun
- you enjoy moving to beautiful music
- you have Parkinson’s disease, MS, dementia, Stroke and/or any other movement limitations

Louise Stewart Potts
Louise is the founder and director of MOVE FREE a dance class for those with Parkinson’s disease, MS, Stroke and other movement disorders. The MOVE FREE class explores your imagination, renews strength, energy, confidence and builds community. This program has been running in Meaford and Collingwood for over 5 years and continues to grow.
Louise began her dance journey at age 5 and has trained in many dance styles. A certified Dance It Out instructor and Personal Trainer, Louise has also completed the Dance for Parkinson’s Training through The National Ballet School of Canada and the Mark Morris Dance Centre, New York City USA.
2019 recipient of the, The Corporation of the Municipality of Meaford’s Accessibility Recognition Award. The award is for “creating an inclusive environment and providing exceptional customer service.”
